14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product isn't useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase at support@remotereadylab.com with your order number and we will refund your payment in full. No long forms. We may ask one short question about what didn't work so we can improve it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Limits

• One refund per customer per product.
• Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible, except where the law in your country requires otherwise.
• We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund activity or redistribution of the files.

Problems with your download

If your download link doesn't work or a file won't open, contact us and we will send you a working copy right away. This does not affect your right to a refund.

Physical returns

All our products are digital downloads. There is nothing to ship back.
